ARCHITECT WITHIN REACH

WHO WE ARE

Architect Within Reach was created to give everyday homeowners access to expert architectural insight—without the high retainers, long timelines, or full-service commitments. Instead of the traditional all-or-nothing approach, we offer flexible, standalone consultations designed to deliver clarity, confidence, and strategic direction—right when you need it most.
Whether you're weighing design options, trying to understand zoning rules, evaluating existing building systems, or simply planning your next phase of work, you can book time with a licensed architect who speaks your language and understands your goals.
Sessions are conducted via video conferencing and tailored to your specific needs—no ongoing contract required.
Whether you're managing a DIY renovation, phasing improvements over time, or just trying to make the most of your investment, Architect Within Reach puts professional expertise within reach—on your schedule and within your budget.

CONSULTATION SERVICE

During our video call, I’ll provide strategic insight on topics such as design direction, site or zoning considerations, permitting questions, building systems, or phasing your project. While the consultation delivers high-impact value, please note that it does not include a full project design, and the scope of information will be limited to what we can reasonably address in one session.
To ensure I can be fully present for your questions without distraction, the meeting will be recorded using AI note-taking tools. This allows me to listen actively and provide thoughtful follow-up. By booking a session, you acknowledge and consent to the use of AI recording for this purpose.
After the session, you’ll receive a personalized follow-up with:
  • A summary of key takeaways
  • Answers to your questions (or directions on how to find them)
  • Helpful resources or next steps for moving forward

FUTURE SERVICES

This three minute preview video is part of a future series of guides designed for those in-between projects: too small for a full-service architect or general contractor, but still too complex — and costly — to navigate without support.
You’ll also get access to downloadable PDFs that outline key steps, product considerations, and typical costs so you can move forward with confidence, even if you're managing the project yourself.
